Signing of a Cooperation Agreement in Field of Amateur and Folk Arts and Cultural Recreation Activities between Russian Railways OJSC and the Polenov Russian National House of Folk Arts. The agreement pertains to cooperation in field of preservation and popularization of traditional culture of peoples of Russia, management of socio-cultural activities in cultural establishments under the auspices of RZD OJSC.
