Cultural pastime is an integral part of anyone's life.
People with disabilities are not an exception. Almost all rehabilitation centers have a sociocultural program in their schedule. Anyone with limited mobility has the right to comfortably access museums, theaters, and concert venues. The Speaking City Project implements this right through its equipment. Modern technology can help a huge number of people connect with art; what matters is that people in charge understand the importance of properly fitting out the cultural sites to meet the needs of people with limited mobility. A barrier-free environment is a complete rehabilitative solution that comprises accessibility of places of cultural leisure as its integral part.
