Over the recent years, digitalization has infiltrated all the areas of human life: we do not only talk to friends and watch films, but also order food, pay the bills, buy tickets to museums, submit applications for reception of necessary state service. In view of such a rapid infiltration of digital technologies in the everyday life, a need arises to create convenient interfaces. However, it’s critical to remember that all people are different, and some of them can have special needs. Why is it important to create inclusive interfaces and how can it be done? What can psychologists together with UX researchers and web developers do?
