“Patron of the year” National Awards Ceremony Transfer of the “relay” of the “Russian Seasons” International Cultural Project from Italy to Germany Reception of Foreign Ministers

The nationwide action "Patron of Art of the Year" is a prize awarded on a competitive basis for support and financial assistance to bright projects and outstanding achievements, the results of which have significantly enriched and substantially influenced the development of culture and art of Russian regions. The prize is given to 10 philanthropists, nominated by regional authorities. The event continues with the reception of foreign ministers on behalf of the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation.
