During the Forum the Festival lasts for three days. The third day.
The Festival was born at the St. Petersburg State University of Film and Television. For 21 years it has been recognized in St. Petersburg, in Russia and worldwide. The films — winners of PiterKiT — have repeatedly entered the all-Russian and international cinematographic arena and got awards at various festivals. PiterKiT has become a platform for a variety of initiatives. It is a start for new creative projects and a meeting place for the city's cinematic youth. The competition programmes accept students' works featured during the educational process in Russian and foreign film schools.
