Art is one of the most important instruments of world knowledge and technologies let everyone touch it despite any circumstances. Through the digital products culture becomes accessible to everyone.

Art should be accessible to every person despite his ability to walk, hear or see. This idea is supported by the museums via inclusive programs. Today every museum tries to create its inclusive programs: sign language video-guides, tactile exhibits, art-therapy lessons, excursions for people with developmental disabilities. Inclusive museums is major work which is based not only on the ability to make a dialogue with participants, but also on the venue adaptation and the use of modern technologies (easy-to-read curator texts translation, video-guide for deaf or hard of hearing individuals, etc.).
