An exhibition of works by the winners of the international illustration competition The Adventures of Cipollino in the Land of the Avant'Garde as part of the ARCH: Italy-Russia Project.
Over 550 artists from Russia, the CIS countries, Italy, Spain, Venezuela, Mexico, the Netherlands, and Nicaragua took part in the international competition The Adventures of Cipollino in the Land of the Avant'Garde dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Gianni Rodari.
Professional and novice artists of different ages offered their interpretation of the characters of the tale Adventures of Cipollino. The youngest participant is 11 years old, and the oldest is already retired. The professions and occupations of the illustrators are also very diverse — among the participants of the competition are biologists, programmers, schoolchildren, professional artists.
The exhibition lasts for two days: November 12–13.
