The event will commemorate the 100th anniversary of country palace museums outside of St Petersburg.
The conference invites to engage in discussions on a wide range of issues around the main topic:
- Heritage development of historic, cultural and natural sites;
- Public and private gardens: Transformation through the centuries;
- Garden designers, gardeners and researchers of parks and gardens;
- World War II and the state of gardens and parks;
- A museum park as a platform for environmental education;
- Current challenges in maintaining historic and natural museum complexes.
