The Russian animation industry has been existing for 10 years only, however, for this short period of time it has become one of the most innovative and rapidly developing industries in field of culture.
National animated cartoons are leaders the global TV broadcasting and the Internet. Currently over 70 hours of animation are released in Russia annually, including over 100 series that attract about 3.5 billion views on YouTube.
How can co-production be made mutually beneficial? What opportunities does it present for participants of joint production? These questions will be raised at the panel discussion of the Forum.
