Education: The Minsk State Pedagogical Institute named after Maxim Gorky (1981–1985). The Graduate School of the National Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus (2002–2005).

Professional activities: Teacher, deputy director in educational institutions of Minsk (1985–2002). Researcher, Senior Researcher, Head of Sector, Head of Laboratory, Deputy Head of Department of the National Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus (2005–2012). Head of Department of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus (2012–2018).

Author of more than 80 scientific papers, educational and academic publications.

Winner of the international school teacher competition in Artek (1997).

Coordinator of the joint project of UNESCO and IFESCCO "Art Education in the CIS States: the Development of Creative Potential in the XXI Century" in the Republic of Belarus (2009–2014).

Participant of the Second World Conference on Arts Education (Seoul, 2010). One of the developers of Strategic Guidelines for the Development of Arts Education in the CIS States. Research adviser, consultant of experimental and innovative projects in the field of education (2008–2019).
