Graduate of the Moscow Engineering Institute of Geodesy, Cartography and Aerial Photography. In 1992 he graduated with honors from Leningrad Higher Party School with specialization in psychology. The same year Aleksandr got a degree in sociology in St Petersburg University.
From 1988 to 2003 he worked in government authorities.
Since 2004 to present Alexander has been working as the Deputy General Director in general issues in OAO Tretiy Park. Within the framework of his responsibilities since 2005 to date he supervises the Fort Konstantin cultural heritage site.
