Alexander was one of the founders of the Novaya Gazeta and headed Komsomolskaya Pravda - St.
Petersburg.
He headed the Committee on Press and Public Relations of the Administration of St. Petersburg. I also participated in the creation of the TV and Radio Company Petersburg-5 Channel and was a chairman of the board of directors of the company.
Alexander headed the boards of directors of the newspapers: St. Petersburg Vedomosti and Evening Petersburg.
He was a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Prize in the field of PR “Silver Archer”, headed the jury of the award. Worked as a president of the National Information Center, which he created together with Vasily Shestakov.
