Alexander graduated cum laude from the Higher School of Economics (public administration/ public transport), the School of Hotel Management in the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, the Maurice Thorez Institute of Foreign Languages in Moscow (translator/ interpreter), the London School of Economics (international journalism), the City University of London (public administration). He speaks 5 languages. He teaches in the Higher School of Economics (Economy of Infrastructural Projects, Transport Planning) and has a PhD in Economics (Postgraduate Training Program under the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

He is a member of the Executive Directorate of the Digital Era of Transport Association, a Chairman of the Society of Swiss Universities’ Alumni in Russia. He has also participated in 10 expert group for consulting in infrastructure and transport construction over the last 3 years in the HSE.

Currently he is a Managing Director of an Event and Creative Agency that creates historical events, tours and trains, exhibitions, museums, as well as photo, video, media and special projects: 120 events, 50 special trains and 15 exhibitions (permanent museums and temporary expositions in Russia) over three years; 80 customers since 2015 (including Rosavtodor, RZD, the Ministry of Transport, Department of Trade of the Government of Moscow, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs).
