Anastasiya Chetverikova is a culture expert, musical scholar, lecturer, journalist, an author and host of the podcast “Arts for Guys” at GlagolevFM.
She graduated from Vyatka College of Musical Arts named after Kazenin, Vyatka State Humanities University and graduated from the post-graduate studies at the Russian Institute of Culture Research in Moscow, the faculty of History and Theory of Arts.
Scientific papers on the subjects “Synergetics in Music” and “Erotic as Musical Culture Phenomenon: From Baroque to Jazz and Rock’n’Roll” were published in scientific journals, including those of the Higher Attestation Commission.
She left the radio 1.5 years ago, developed her own lecture courses on music and art of XX and XXI centuries, such as “Art For Future Use”, “XX Century Music: If Composers Had Social Networks”, “Banksy, I Am Looking For You”, etc., and currently she is giving her lectures at the capital’s major lecture halls “Direct Speech”, “Synchronization”, “Buro 29/02”, etc.
Anastasiya is an art blogger of “MuscultNastiChE”, an author and a host of a popular podcast devoted to contemporary art “Arts for Guys” at GlagolevFM, which is released at iTunes and Soundcloud.
She is still involved in news making and her works published in magazines such as “Old Fellow, You Are a Transformer”, “СlassicMusic.ru”, etc.
Since 2018 — she is a teacher of the chair of Arts History at Moscow City University.
