Obtained her bachelor’s degree from the Academy of Music of the University of Ljubljana in 2004. Her main subject was oboe, which she studied at the Department of Wind, Brass, and Percussion. In 2009, she completed her postgraduate study of historical musicology at the Department of Musicology, Faculty of Arts (University of Ljubljana), thus obtaining the title of Master of Musicology (in Slovene: magistrica muzikoloških znanosti ). She is currently enrolled in a doctoral study program in humanities and social sciences. Her research activity is focused on Slovenian creative and reproductive music history. Since 2004, she has been employed as an oboe teacher at the Conservatory of Music and Ballet Maribor, Slovenia, and since 2010, she has also worked as a professor of music history and dance history.
