Was born in Saint Petersburg, graduated in 1991 from the Repin Institute of the Russian Academy of Art (Faculty of Painting); concurrently also graduated from the Institute of

International Tourism.

Received a grant of the Government of France to study at the Higher School of the Louvre. In 1995 defended her dissertation in Philosophy of Art at Sorbonne.

Anna is a free artist who has had 23 personal exhibitions; her pictures are represented in several state and city collections in France as well as in private collections. She is a member of

the Union of Artists of France, the Taylor Foundation, the National Society for Fine Arts, active member of the Society of the Historical Autumn Salon, regular participant of the Forum of Russian Compatriots in France, and Chairwoman of the European division of the International Association of Alumni and Friends of the Russian Academy of Arts.

Anna leads an active public life. She has served as the curator of collective exhibitions and headed Russian delegations at historic French art salons.

For many years she has closely cooperated with Marie-Sol de La Tour d’Auvergne, Vice President of Comité des Parcs et Jardins de France (FPJF) to create tourism and education programs for Russian professionals in landscape design and museum staff. To this end, she also helped attract French participants to attend Russian garden festivals, including “Russia’s Imperial Gardens”, “Moscow Flower Show”, and “Voronezh, City of Gardens”. Two times Anna managed the participation of the Russian delegation at the International Festival in Chaumont-sur-Loire.

From 2004 to 2010 Anna served as the Director of Galerie de Paris, located in the La Defence Business District of Paris. Since 2013 she has led and produced the International Festival of

Plain Air Festival “In the Cradle of Impressionism” under auspices of UNESCO.

In her capacity as the invited professor at ICN School of Business in Nancy, as part of the bilateral program with MGIMO University Anna designed a course for businesspeople, “Art and

Business: Synergy and Dissonance”.

The Cultural Crossroads Association that she founded in 2000, was awarded the Honorary Patron of Saint Petersburg’s Tercentennial in 2003 The organization specializes in

creating art events across regions of France, such as cross programs of plain air sessions for Russian artists in Normandy, the Loire Valley and on Corsica, and for French artists in Saint

Petersburg and its environs. She has cooperated with associations of private historical monuments, regional tourism offices and other participants on the tourism market of France.

In 2020 as part of the Russian Seasons in France, the Cultural Crossroads will present a number of exhibitions and education projects in some of the most beautiful castles of France.
