Anna was born in the city of Rzhev, the Tver Region. At the age of 3, she moved to Tver, where she later finished school. In 2010, Anna entered the Faculty of Journalism at the Lomonosov Moscow State University. She graduated in 2016.

From 2013 to 2016, Anna worked as the chief editor of the YOURLOOK regional magazine about the city and people.

In 2016, she completed a marketing and SMM course and started working with commercial accounts for the creation and promotion of content.

At the end of 2017, together with Ilya Andreev, she came up with Rails, a cultural and educational project. For 2.5 years, they held lectures, festivals, exhibitions at various city venues, and in August 2020, they opened a cultural center.

Presently, the Rails Center serves as the basis for developing city projects and implementing continuous exhibition and educational programs.
