PhD, an expert in digital communications for museums. A graduate of Saint Petersburg State University and the School of Museum Studies at the University of Leicester (UK), she underwent professional retraining at the Harvard Extension School. She has been working with museums since 2010. She is one of the authors of the book Museum in the Digital Age: Reboot, also the editor of the book BIM for Cultural Heritage.

Host of PRO.kultura.rf webinars, organizer of Museum PR seminar. She has worked at the Peterhof State Museum-Reserve (Saint Petersburg), the Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography (Kunstkamera) of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the State Historical Museum, and the MOSGORTUR.

Over the years, she has held more than 150 online and offline events dedicated to digital communications. She provides individual counseling to museum heads and specialists in museum promotion on social media and website development. She brought the informal meeting of museum employees #drinkingaboutmuseums, which has gained great popularity in recent years, to Russian soil.

Her areas of interest are digital technologies for museums, management of museum buildings, and history of museum informatization.
