In 1992 Anna Yakovleva graduated from Leningrad state technical University with a degree in «high voltage engineering and electrophysics». In 1996 she was producer of the TV company "Petersburg television" and head of the TV project "Male profile". Since 1997 - head of the TV company "MCC", which programs are devoted to the problems of spiritual and cultural life of Russia. In 1997, Anna Yakovleva was one of the founders of the humanitarian movement "Creators of St. Petersburg". She headed the editorial Board of the International journal of the European community "Russian contribution" in 1999-2004. Since 2008 – Vice-President Of the Fund for the promotion of modern culture "classic center St. Petersburg". Assistant Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation V, VI and VII convocations.


In 2006 Anna Yakovleva was a member of the author's group of the revival of the Russian Ludwig Nobel prize, founder and head of the Ludwig Nobel Foundation. On her initiative and with her active participation, all major events of the Ludwig Nobel Foundation, held in 2006-2018, were prepared and held.


In 2004 she was founder of the Academy of Culture, Philanthropy and Charity. She was awarded the order of Catherine the great, the order of the European Academy of Natural Sciences and the Yuri Gagarin medal. In 2015, she was awarded a commemorative medal "70 years of Victory in the great Patriotic war of 1941-1945" for her services in the Patriotic education of the citizens of the Russian Federation and the fight against falsification of the country's history.
