Boris Ustinov

Soviet and Russian architect, teacher, Professor, Department of Spatial Environment Design, Saint Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, member of the Saint Petersburg Urban Construction Council. Member of the Union of Architects (1982), member of the Board of the Saint Petersburg Division of the Russian Union of Architects (1991).

Chief Architect of the GiproTeatr Institute, an R&D organization in the sphere of architecture of theatre buildings (1983–1998), head of one of the first licensed personal creative studios in Russia (since 1991).

Oversees undergraduate theses, practica, workshops and courses in modeling and design at the University of Industrial Technologies and Design.
