Darya Shamray

Area of professional interests: tourism services export, marketing of territories, tourism economy, event tourism.

In REC JSC, she is involved in the development and implementation of financial and non-financial supportive measures for the tourist industry enterprises engaged in the incoming tourism, as well as in cooperation with professional unions and associations, specialized federal executive authorities and government bodies of the RF constituent entities regarding the issues of tourism services export.

In 2018, she took part in moderation of project workshop on services export and in forming proposals for the national project “International Cooperation and Export” as it pertains to the tourism services export.

For several years she has been coordinating the international activities under the work of the Moscow City Department of Culture and Moscow SBIC “Moscow Youth Multifunctional Center” (holding international events and conferences with foreign experts invited, arrangement of international exchanges and practical trainings for the professional community on the subjects of the youth and cultural policy).

Took part in the establishment of “Moscow Event Tourism Association” to consolidate the efforts of specialized Department and Moscow representatives of travel business as regards development of attractiveness of Moscow as the global cultural capital through the development of the city’s event tourism.
