In 2001, upon completion of her graduate studies in the State Museum of History of Religion, she defended her Candidate Dissertation entitled "Faith Doctrine and Social Activities of English-Speaking Protestant Communities of Saint Petersburg in the Early 20th Century", and began teaching at the Faculty of Philosophy of the SPbU, Department of Philosophy of Religion and Religious Studies.
In 2005 completed an internship at the State University of New York in Albany (US).
