The Chairman of Cultural Commission in the CFD Public Chamber, The President of Charity Foundation Peace and Harmony, Creative director of the festival Russian Cultural Seasons, General Producer of Theater Russia.

The Charity Foundation Peace and Harmony has a great task for already 8 years – to develop international cultural relations all over the world. The audience in every part of the planet has the opportunity to watch the greatest Russian Theater performances, exhibitions, master classes from the famous Russian actors, jazz band festivals and different concerts.

Ms.Elmira Shcherbakova tries to develop the cultural international relations and to make the peoples connections stronger. She understands how important is to build the dialog between the international partners, share the experience in cultural and innovation sphere.

We already have such partners as Switzerland, France, Luxemburg, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Kazakhstan, Mongolia and many others. We also have a large project “Theater Russia” which has already spread all over the world and has the audience in over than 1000 places. With this project we are trying to popularize the Russian classics among the youth and pupils.

The project works under the auspices of the Ministry of culture of Russian Federation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rossotrudnichestvo and The military-historical society.
