Evgeniy Safronov

Yevgeny Safronov worked as a consultant and analyst at the Ministry of Culture of the USSR. The Head and a participant of the working groups on cultural research and the preparation of legislation at the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and other organizations. He is the author of more than two hundred analytical publications on organizational and economic issues of the cultural sphere in the leading Russian media, a regular speaker of national and international conferences and educational programs.

Yevgeny Safronov is the founder and the director of several mass media organizations (the magazine and the news agency «Tourne», the InterMedia news agency, the Russian musical yearbook, the magazine and the television channel 1Rock, etc.).
