Born on June 25, 1977 in the village of Parakino in the Republic of Mordovia. In 2001, he graduated from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia; in 2018, he received a degree of Candidate of Sociology. In 2016, he was elected to the post of President of the Mordovian Regional Public Organization "Novoe Selo". He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Interregional Public Organization of the Mordovian People.

Chairman of the Board of the Regional Public Organization "Golos Erzi (Voice of Erzya) Erzyan Cultural and Educational Society".
