Gerard Stichter (pseudonym K. Schippers) is a Dutch writer, poet and art critic. Among the literary awards he has gained, the most prestigious 1996 P. C.Hooft Award and 2006 Libris Literature Award.
In addition to the many articles he is currently working on a book about Nabokov.
