Born in 1956 in the rural settlement of Urnyak, Arsk District of the Republic of Tatarstan. She graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Elabuga State Pedagogical University (1978). Since November 4, 2002, till the present day she has been Director General of the 'Elabuga State Museum-Reserve'. Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. Laureate of the State Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in Culture (2009). She was awarded with the State Prize of the Republic of Tatarstan — the Medal for Valoros Labor (2016). Under direction of G.R. Rudenko in 2010 the ESMR was included in the list of 25 best Museums in Europe following the results of the European Museum Forum. In 2012 the Museum-Reserve won Grand Prix at the Intermuseum International Festival and the title of the Best Museum of Russia in the category 'Museums and Tourism: Integration of Museums in the Tourist Industry'. Ms. Rudenko is a member of the Presidium of the Russian Museums’ Union, a member of the Presidium of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), a member of ICOMOS (International Council on Monuments and Sites) , Deputy Chairperson of the Civic Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, Co-chairperson of the Tatarstan Regional Branch of the Public Movement 'All-Russia People's Front', Advisor to the Mayor of Elabuga for Tourism and Preservation of Cultural Heritage (pro bono), Chairperson of the Association of Women in Naberezhnye Chelny, Board Member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Naberezhnye Chelny and Trans-Kama regions.
She is the author of a dew creative, tourist and art projects of Russian and international scale.
