From 2001 to 2010, and from 2012 to 2018 headed various federal entities that provided methodological support to cultural establishments.
Editor-in-Chief of "Culture. Art. Education" Journal, author of 17 published textbooks, instructional and methodological brochures for students and teachers of children's schools of art, 25 research articles and reports.
Has the following professional achievements
Participated in developing federal state requirements for complementary pre-service training programs in arts, model programs on complementary pre-service training programs and complementary general programs in arts as expert and consultant;
Organized and held all-Russian competitions "50 best children's schools of arts," "Best Teacher of Children's Schools of Arts," "Young Russian Talent" (2006–2018) at the Science and Methods Center of Art Education at the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Institute for Development of Education in Culture and Arts, All-Russian research-to-practice conferences, All-Russian in-service training courses of managers of children's schools of art, heads of regional methodological services in culture (2002–2009, 2012–2018), as well as participated as a lecturer in regional educational events;
In 2015–2018 organized the work of the Public Council of Managers of Children's Schools of Art in various regions of the Russian Federation.
Was commended by the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, received a commendation letter of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, won the Presidential Program Award, entitled "Children of Russia".
