She was born on June 2, 1971 in the town of Klintsy, Bryansk Region (Russian Federation). In 1994, she graduated from Francisk Skorina Gomel State University with a degree in Russian Language and Literature. Since January 2017, she has been working as the General Director of the State Historical and Cultural Institution "Gomel Palace and Garden Complex".

She started her working career in 1994 with the position of the teacher of the Russian language and literature at the secondary school of Klintsy, then from 1995 she worked as a teacher of the Russian language and literature at the secondary schools of Gomel.

Since 2004, she has worked in the State Institution "Gomel Regional Philharmonic", since 2008 — in the Culture Department of Gomel Regional Executive Committee, since 2012 — the Director of the State Institution "Gomel Regional Philharmonic", since 2013 — the Director of the State Institution "Gomel Regional Drama Theatre", since 2016 — the First Deputy Head — the Head of the Culture Department of the Main Department for Ideological Work, Culture and Youth Affairs of Gomel Regional Executive Committee.

She has received the awards of the public authorities of the Republic of Belarus and Gomel Region.
