Currently, she is Head of the Center for Coordinating the Conservatory's Artistic Projects of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory. She is in charge of 10 international performing competitions (the annual competition of wind instrument performers, the A. F. Goedicke organ competition, the Pianovoce vocal and piano duet competition, the B. G. Tevlin competition of choral conductors, and others), international multimedia festivals dedicated to Debussy, Stravinsky, and Tchaikovsky, the annual organ festival, "Rachmaninoff's Universe", "Russian Triptych — Rimsky-Korsakov, Rachmaninoff, Rubinstein", and others. Ksenia Bonduryanskaya supervises Russian and international Rubinstein Classes of Higher Performing Arts by the world's prominent professors. One of the key projects created, initiated and scripted by Ksenia is the children's multimedia interactive lecture course "Big Music for Little Children". The project has been running monthly at 4 Moscow venues for 5 seasons already; its audience has amounted to over 12,000 children from preschool and school educational institutions, orphanages, and charitable foundations.
