Under her direction media relations, as well as cooperation with partnership organizations, donor agencies and government institutions were arranged and gained dynamic traction; persistent efforts on representing the museum in the virtual space and social media got started (media portal of the SHM won Grand Prix of the Intermuseums 2014 International Festival of Museums).
She is the organizer of multiple protocol events of various scales, as well as numerous cultural-educational and mass events. She directs activities on sales of trademark book and souvenir products to gain profit that contributes significantly into off-budget funds of the museum. She has initiated opening of brand stores of the museum and an online store. She develops brand lines of souvenir product of the Historical Museum.
