In 2003 she graduated with honors from the History Department of Tver State University. During the year, she did the course at the Faculty of Arts at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands (Rijksuniversiteit Groningen) as part of the Tempus-Tacis program.

In 2014, she was invited to the post of the Scientific Secretary of the Tver Regional Art Gallery. In 2015–2016 in the framework of the project "Preservation and Use of Cultural Heritage in Russia" (subcomponent "Enhancing Institutional Capacity in the Field of Cultural Heritage"), she had training on the programs "Investment Management" and "Museum Collections Management" (St. Petersburg International Institute of Management (IMISP).

In 2019, she studied under the program "Museum. The power of the place" at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. She is the head of the project "The Catherine’s Mile Immersive Museum-City Program – the assembly point of Tver’s urban identity", which received the grant funding from the Vladimir Potanin Charity Fund and is scheduled for implementation in 2020–2022.

She develops the issues of museum interpretation as a resource for the cultural tourism development. She made reports on this topic at the XVIII round table "Museum and Problems of Cultural Tourism" (State Hermitage) and at the Intermuseum 2019 festival.
