Russian museologist, director of the V. D. Polenov state memorial historical, artistic and natural estate museum (since 2011), an expert on Russian painting of the late 19th — early 20th century, a specialist in French culture, a member of the International Council of Museums (ICOM of Russia), Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation.

Initiator of the annual Summer International Art Festivals in "Polenovo". On September 26, 2020, she opened a branch of the Polenovo Museum in Tula-the Center for Family History. She received the gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation "for her great contribution to the preservation of the historical heritage of Russia and the preparation of the celebration of the 500th anniversary of the Tula Kremlin".
