Creative producer of the Razgovory Theatrical Troop. Expert in Culture Studies, Political Studies, Conflictology. She is being trained in the field of Artificial Intelligence Ethics. She has professional experience in immersive projects at the intersection of contemporary art, social communication in terms of neurodiversity, involving both professional artists and people with autism experience on an equal basis.

Co-creator of the Kvartira (together with the Anton Just Nearby Foundation) and I see you (together with the BIOCAD LLC) projects. Results of Nina's and the Foundation team's production activities were noted and nominated for awards, including in Russia the highest theatrical award — the Golden Mask. Nina has coordinated charity events in Amsterdam, Athens, Copenhagen, Yekaterinburg, London, Verona, Dresden, Moscow and St. Petersburg.
