After graduating as a dramatherapist (BSW) started career in mental health care. Worked in quite a few different organisations, developing from a social worker to a team- and project manager and senior trainer.

For the past ten years worked as a project manager in several innovative projects within mental health care, focusing on recovery based care, peer-to-peer-support, diversity and inclusion, and stigma awareness programs. Field of expertise: Stigma; Diversity and inclusion; Storytelling; Peer-to-peer support; Recovery based care.
