She was born on August 11, 1970 in Uritskoye village of Gomelsky district of Gomel Region (Republic of Belarus). In 1992, she graduated from Francisk Skorina Gomel State University with a degree in the Russian Language and Literature, and in 2008, she graduated from Belorussian State Economic University with a degree in jurisprudence. She has received the awards of the public authorities of the Republic of Belarus and Gomel Region.

She started her working career in 1992 as a teacher of Russian language and literature at secondary school No. 13 of Kostyukovka town, and since 1996 she was employed with Light LLC (Gomel). Since 2000, she has worked in the State Institution "Municipal Cultural Center" (Gomel), since 2008 — the Deputy General Director, the Director of the Museum of the State Historical and Cultural Institution "Gomel Palace and Garden Complex". Since April 2021, she has been working as the Deputy General Director for General Issues, the Director of Museum of the State Historical and Cultural Institution "Gomel Palace and Garden Complex".
