Oleg Pachenkov

Head of projects of the UP (Urbanism & Particiaption) Center for Humanistic Urbanism of the European University at St. Petersburg, co-founder of the City Open Laboratory (OLG) initiative platform. Co-organizer of the Sreda Institute of Urban Studies in St. Petersburg (2014) and director of the new CO-URBANISM educational program to be launched under the European University at St. Petersburg in 2022. Participant and coordinator of more than 50 academic and applied research projects. Author of over 30 publications in Russian, English, and German. In addition to conducting academic and applied research, he acts as an advisor on urban development and urban processes to government authorities, businesses, and civic initiatives.
