He has been in charge of Manege since the beginning of its new history. Since a major renovation of the hall in 2016, Pavel has been responsible for the structural and conceptual development of the project locally and internationally.

Under his guidance, the exhibition hall team organized dozens of major projects, including: "Russian artists – participants of the Venice Biennale of Arts. Selected works", "Chinese Army," "To be Eternally Preserved," "Life after Life," "Future Lab. Kinetic Art in Russia", "AES+F.
