Regina Glazunova graduated cum laude from Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory (with a double major in piano and organ), and then completed her assistant internship. Since 2003 she has been employed as music master in St. Petersburg Conservatory and simultaneously as staff member of the Department of International Relations. She has successfully toured Russia and foreign countries as soloist, with various orchestras and as part of different ensembles.
Professor Glazunova has lead workshops in Russia and abroad. Every summer since 2007 she has offered workshops in Finland. Serves on judge panels in international competitions in Italy, France, Finland, and Russia. Since 2008 she has served as head of the International Department of Saint Petersburg Conservatory. Regina Glazunova has organized many international projects: competitions, festivals, international exchange programs, tours of student ensembles abroad.
