She graduated with honors from Istanbul Technical University Turkish Music State Conservatory. She took master degree in Turkish Folk Dances Program and doctorate degree in Turkish Folk Music.The conferences, master classes, choreographies, performances, dance theatres and workshop practices she has participated in include Rotterdam Conservatory World Music Department, Rotterdam Foundation for Education in the Arts, Havo voor Muziek en Dans, Amsterdam School of the Art, University of New Castle-Gypsy Lore Society, Nofod-Stockholm, UNESCO-cid-Athens, UNESCO-cid -Malaga, Rotterdam Dance Academy Dance Teacher Program , International Gipsy Festival-Tilburg, Berlin Philarmoniker, Cult Centrum-Berchem, Migranten Centrum-Gent, Rasa-Utrect, De Doelen-Rotterdam, Stadsschouwburg-Amsterdam, Zentrum für Turkeistudien-Essen, Kulturınıtıatıve-Nurnberg, Kulturzentrum-Mannheim, Carl Orf saal-München, CRR Concert Hall -Istanbul, AKM-Istanbul, Municipal City Theatres-Istanbul, Lütfi Kırdar Congress Centre-Istanbul, Bilgi University-Istanbul, Istanbul Modern Art, Yeditepe University-Istanbul, and various art projects with Kulsan Foundation (Netherlands). With an intercultural approach, she organized many national and international projects. Also contributed to projects about disadvantaged groups, children and teenagers. Aside from performing arts, she is continuing to work in fields such as interdisciplinary perspective, cultural memory, art and philosophy, cultural diplomacy and cultural studies.
