Svetlana Tsyganova

Svetlana Tsyganova graduated from Leningrad State Institute of Culture named after N.K. Krupskaya. Since 2015 she is the Chair of Russian Cultural Professional Trade Union. Within the span of her employment she has been awarded with a certificate of honour of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (1995), a certificate of honour of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and Russian Cultural Professional Trade Union (2002), a badge of the Council of the Association of Trade Unions of Professionals in the Non-Productive Field of the Russian Federation (2005), a medal “For Active Participation in Trade Unions” (2007), a medal of the Association of Trade Unions of Professionals in the Non-Productive Field of the Russian Federation “For Distinguished Service in Trade Union Movement of Russia” (2010), a certificate of honour of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation (2013), an a medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland, Second Class (2014). She has acknowledgements of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation for participation in drafting of regulatory acts on transfer of budgetary institutions of culture and arts to new labour remuneration systems at the federal and regional levels.
