Education, Academic Degree and Title:

1991 — Graduation from the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) majoring in mechanical engineering with theses statement in English.
2005 — МВА (American Institute of Business and Economics).

Professional Experience:

1984 — started work at the MAI Library.
1991 — held various positions and was engaged in development of international cooperation, promotion of information technologies, opening of new areas in the IT industry.
2012–2013 — Director of the Department of Information Policy and International Relations of the Ministry of Culture of Russia, an Advisor to the Minister of Culture. Participated in creation of the National Electronic Library (NEL).
2013–2015 — held the position of the Rector of the Academy for Retraining of Art and Culture and Tourism Workers (APRIKT), was engaged in the issues of the libraries development in the regions, worked on the library establishment for the Children's Creativity Center in Sochi.
2015–2018 — held the position of the Director General of the Rudomino All-Russian State Library for Foreign Literature
August 28, 2018 — present time — By the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated August 28, 2018 was appointed Director General of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Russian State Library.
