During her work at the Dostoevsky Museum, she created over 60 exhibitions including foreign ones (Finland, France, Italy, Norway, Macedonia, Turkey, etc.), and two literary expositions.

She is the author of articles and books about Dostoevsky, a participant in many conferences and seminars in Russia and abroad. Author of major projects of the museum: On the Way to Freedom (staging of the play The House of the Dead at the Juvenile Correction Facility in Kolpino), 7 Dostoevsky Museums, Museum+Theatre.

A theatre critic by education (LGITMiK), in 2001 Vera Biron organized the FMD Theatre (Dostoevsky Museum Theatre) and is currently its art director. The theatre's productions (Crime, Ibsen-Strindberg, Dostoevsky Concert, I Look at Europe Like a Beast, playwright and director Vera Biron) have participated in international festivals and received awards.

Since 2010, Vera Biron has been the curator of the annual city holiday Dostoevsky Day and the creator of the holiday's main event (10 productions with 50 actors have been created). The holiday is considered the best literary holiday in Saint Petersburg. Author of the Walking with Dostoevsky audio tour of Saint Petersburg (Sergey Dreyden became the voice of Dostoevsky) uploaded to the izi travel platform. This audio tour has been highly praised at several audio guide contests.
