Victor Voronin

Head of the Department of State accounting of cultural heritage properties, Committee for the State Preservation of Historical and Cultural Monuments of St. Petersburg (KGIOP). Graduated from the Faculty of History of Leningrad State University. He has been employed by KGIOP since 1989. Until 2013 in his capacity as a district architect, was involved in matters of protection and restoration of the city’s cultural heritage sites. Participated in restoration of such significant landmarks as the Twelve Colleges building, the Academy of Arts building, the Stock Exchange building, the Kunstkamera building, etc.

Viktor Voronin is the Distinguished Restorer of Saint Petersburg.
