Viktor Rakov Gjengaar

Since 2011 he has been working as an urban art curator, project manager, advisor, guide and speaker in Oslo and around Norway. Working with the most talented artists from the contemporary muralism movement, his clients typically includes cities, municipalities and regions, though he also enjoys initiating personal projects. Viktor also has a particular love for curating art in schools. He also holds a Master of international business and is politically elected being Deputy Mayor of Gamle Oslo district and a representative of the Green party.
