Expert in regional development, analysis of culture markets, tourism and marketing of territories, tourism products and services.

Has a Master of Science degree in Cultural Management from the University of Aberdeen.

Focus of research: regional tourism development strategies, territorial marketing, project management, event management, research and socio-cultural project management.

Has experience in project management and start-up of large-scale events and tourism projects in the field of territorial marketing and positioning of territories.

The largest of the projects already implemented: "Development of Tourism in the Northwest of Russia", "Ecology of the Republic of Komi", "Veliky Novgorod: The Cradle of Russia", "Ryazan — Country of Birch Trees", "Yaroslavia: Gardarika in the Russian Heartland".

Major event projects: "Visit Russia" International Forum, "Hedgehog" Ecological Tourism Forum, "Cultural Capital of the Volga Region" Program, "Smart City" International Forum on Culture of New Cities, "Rio-Rita: Joy of Victory" Network Art Project of Local Cultural Reconstruction.

Also participated in expert assessment and strategic development in the sphere of creative industries: Karelian Crafts Network of New Souvenir Centers (Republic of Karelia); "Pskov Honey and Pskov Crafts" Creative Indsutries (Pskov Region), "Butter Feast" Gastronomic Festival (Vologda Region), "Forest People" Festival of Forest Civilization Cultures (Republic of Komi).
