In 2009 founded a project entitled "Free Artists of Saint Petersburg" with his brother Dmitry Ivanovich Saulidi. The participants of this project support art initiatives, have published more than 30 books, have held numerous exhibitions, and restored churches. The participants of the project have been actively cooperating with famous festivals.
In order to develop further the ties between sister cities of Kronstadt (Russia) and Nafplio (Greece), the participants of the project organized an international art exhibition and a charity concert in the historic building of Greece's first parliament for the participants of the Parallel Worlds — Painting & Music Group.
As part of this project, religious and historic buildings were restored in Kronstadt. These included: the Chapel of the Tikhvin Icon of the Mother of God, St. Andrew's Cathedral of Kronstadt, the Church of St. Nicholas at the Kronstadt Naval Hospital, the Chapel of the Mother of St. John of Kronstadt, Theodora Vlasyevna, in Kronstadt, and the Chapel of Paraskeva Kovrigina in Kronstadt.
The project also regularly organizes exhibitions in the State Russian Museum, the Manezh Central Exhibition Hall, and the Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
