Fine arts include exhibitions and art projects, pictures and sculptures, video art and installations, as well as many other visual genres. The multitude of forms and manifestations in today’s world, the preservation of heritage, and international cooperation and cultural exchanges, all these themes are the subject of intense debate during this section.

The central project in 2019 was the Deineka-Samokhvalov exhibition, which presented 300 works of renowned Soviet artists from 37 museums and 10 private collections.
